    Natasha is a Certified IFS Therapist. She is Level 3 trained and is experienced as a Program Assistant with the IFS Institute for Level 1 trainings, where she supports lead trainers in teaching the IFS model.

  • Mindfulness - Based Therapy

    Natasha has practiced mindfulness for over a decade in her personal life and clinical practice. While not formally trained, she is informed by a daily practice and utilizes many mindfulness practice resources.

    Natasha completed certification in Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy in 2014. She has a daily personal practice of Body and Brain Yoga. She is able to incorporate various yoga practices as part of therapy.
